WTA Architects of Saginaw has announced changes to the organization of its architectural and planning firm. Kurt R. Fogelsonger, AIA, LEED AP is the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm.  Joining the firm in 1987, Mr. Fogelsonger holds both Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees and is registered in Michigan and Wisconsin.
