Team members have been working with Michigan State University to perform extensive forensic investigations of masonry facades of their historic and non-historic buildings. Once the studies have been completed, areas of concern are addressed in the restoration process.

Buildings that have been studied, restored or are in the process of restoration include: Fee Hall, Olds Hall, IM Sports West, Giltner Hall, Agriculture Hall, Kresge Art Center, Wells Hall, Kedzie Hall, Food Science Building and Hubbard Hall.
