SVSU Pioneer Hall

The new College of Science, Engineering and Technology, also known as Pioneer Hall, at Saginaw Valley State University incorporates a major addition of 30,000 square feet to and renovation of the 45,000 square foot Pioneer Hall. In addition to new labs, a foundry and instructional spaces, the second floor of the addition is mainly comprised of offices for the dean and staff and includes meeting and gathering spaces.

The architectural team was responsible for all phases of the project including LEED design, development, points documentation and certification assistance.

The project became Mid-Michigan's first LEED Certified project receiving a Silver Rating from the U. S. Green Building Council.
