Caro Community Schools

WTA was responsible for full architectural services including pre-election services.

WTA completed construction documents for additions and renovations to the district’s buildings. The firm prepared a bond application and worked with the district to successfully promote and pass the 2015 millage.

The $12.5 million bond program provided the district with needed repairs and upgrades to their buildings, new mechanical systems, classrooms, parking and playgrounds, athletic facilities and a new auditorium / cafeteria connecting the middle and high schools. Community Pool that was originally designed by WTA in the late 1970s.
