Project Description
Cass City United Methodist Church was founded in 1995 as a merger of two small methodist congregations. The new worship and fellowship facility is designed to blend the spirit of both congregations into one. Future Sunday School classrooms, music facilities and a church steeple will complete Phases 1 and 2 of the master plan.
The open design of the sanctuary is a result of the new congregation’s desire to
worship in a space that is a reflection of the surrounding rural agricultural community. Natural daylight, a simple timber structure and natural building materials capture the essence of the congregation and present them in a straight forward way to the members gathered for worship.
