Project Description
WTA has been working at Crossroads Village since 2017. A full assessment and preparation of an Exterior Masonry Conditions Study of both the Fenton Opera House and T.N. North & Son Bank buildings was completed in 2017 as well as a full roof replacement on the Opera House.
Currently, WTA is providing professional services for masonry repairs at the T.N. North & Sons Bank Building. This includes the development of Construction Documents for the repairs, along with replacement of the membrane roof and planning for a spring 2021 construction date.
