Flint State Office Building

WTA completed an exploratory analysis of the entire exterior building envelope as the initial phase. Based on the findings of the exploratory analysis, complete

construction documents and specifications were prepared to address water infiltration issues. The design included a complete replacement of the exterior window system and installation of proper flashings.

The project was expanded to included a space utilization review. Renovation of the main lobby and floors 1-7 was completed to accommodate the needs of the building occupants. New HVAC systems were included in the project.
