Forward Corporation

Forward Corporation is a diverse company catering to home energy, service station, restaurant, conferencing, and hospitality needs across central and northern Michigan and the Thumb. WTA ARCHITECTS has a long relationship with Forward that spans multiple decades and includes numerous projects.

Most recent projects include construction of four new service stations and convenience stores in Bay City, Tawas City, Gaylord., and Grayling. The projects ranged in size from 6,000 – 9,000 square feet, and included full convenience store services with food, beverage, and retail components, as well as tenant spaces for Subway restaurants.

WTA worked in coordination with the Owner’s representatives as well as design representatives from Shell and Subway to incorporate all food service and hospitality requirements. Other recent projects included renovation of existing Subway restaurants in the Bay City and Saginaw region.
