Project Description
The rehabilitation of the Historic Hoyt Library was meticulously executed, preserving its original architecture while seamlessly integrating modern library functionalities. The introduction of new concealed mechanical and electrical systems discreetly modernized the building. State-of-the-art technology was thoughtfully incorporated throughout the structure.
In addition to preserving the historic detailing, interior finishes, and colors were carefully chosen to harmonize with the building’s original architecture while infusing a contemporary touch to define its present identity.
