Project Description
The Ingham County Grady Porter Building Renovation project consisted of a 98,000 square foot office building to which the Veterans Memorial Courthouse was added.
Space needs analysis and conceptual planning were completed prior to the implementation of this project. Renovated space includes court support such as Friend of the Court, Probation, Juvenile Division, Mediation and Prosecuting Attorney.
The City of Lansing and County of Ingham Veterans Memorial Courthouse is a new 108,000 square foot court facility housing Circuit Courts, Family Courts and Probate Courts and their related functions. The project was preceded by an extensive study and programming of space needs.
