Project Description
WTA worked with the State of Michigan to study building envelope conditions of the massive five story limestone and granite structure.
The major issue and concern was water and moisture infiltration found in numerous locations throughout the building. The highly skilled WTA team used numerous methods to evaluate and determine the source of the problems.
Having provided design solutions to correct water infiltration problems, the firm
is scheduled to develop construction documents to correct the problems.
