MicroParks and Info. Kiosks

WTA Architects developed the documentation for several implementations of Micro Parks and Kiosks for the Bay City Downtown Development Authority. The micro parks were designed to house informational kiosks and markers detailing the history of Bay City. These parks varied in their offerings, including seating, types of plantings, and landscaped areas, all meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate with their surroundings.

One such kiosk, in collaboration with the Delta College Planetarium, was situated on the northeast corner of the Planetarium property at the intersection of Saginaw and Center streets in Bay City, Michigan.
