Parnell Complex (P1, 3rd Flr Renovation)

WTA teamed with MacMillan Engineering consultants to update the space with large Open Office areas, Meeting rooms, Conference rooms, Collaboration rooms, Privacy rooms, Nursing Mothers Room and support spaces, Mechanical room, IDF room, Business Center and a Storage room.

UPdates also included 2x2 suspended Acoustical Ceiling system, updating all doors, windows, hardware, finishes, and completely renovating the Toilet Rooms (fixtures, finishes and ADA/Barrier Free).

All phases of furniture install; new partitioning systems, storage, sit-stand desks, ergonomic seating, and meeting space tables and seating.

MacMillan provided the S/M/E engineering of the renovated space to include new HVAC and climate controls and remove all steam heating and condensate piping and devices. All water distributiuon was redesigned and repiped. New electrical system to include LED lighting throughout and communications / low voltage data system cabling. This extended to expanding the back-up capabilities with added generators and UPS devices.
