Saginaw YMCA

Renovation of the Men’s Athletic Club, Women’s Locker Room, and Community Room WTA recently completed renovations to the Saginaw YMCA. The work included new showers, new lockers, saunas, steam rooms, toilet rooms, and changing rooms. A community room for group activities and conferences was created as well as a lounge area. Upgrades were completed to all passageways, offices, and storage areas. Interior finishes of paint, tile and flooring were completed throughout. The project included the replacement of interior concrete flooring, complete mechanical upgrades and compliance with ADA requirements. New electrical upgrades addressed emergency lighting and data.
