Tawas Point Lighthouse

A Conditions Assessment was completed on the Lighthouse tower to evaluate the masonry, mechanical systems, and lens. The result was a compilation of recommended work that is presently in the construction document phase of the project. The repairs will ensure the continued longevity of the building. The prioritized list of recommended improvements established a path for the restoration. An opinion of probable cost was developed to aid in the process.
