Project Description
Design of a four-story, mixed-use building featuring both retail and commercial
businesses in the Uptown Bay City development. The first floor is a Retail Galleria featuring a selection of unique retail, food, and restaurant opportunities in a covered arcade. Floors two through four feature a diverse portfolio of commercial space. Michigan Sugar’s new corporate headquarters are located on the entire third floor and Central Michigan University Research Corporation utilizes 5,000 s.f. on the second floor. WTA also designed a seven-story upscale condominium complex with boat docking access to be located on the Uptown Bay City site.
