Mark brings to WTA a wealth of experience, from regional concepts to a spectrum of educational, institutional, cultural, recreational, and commercial projects. Mark’s interactions with clients and the public, and collaboration with allied professionals, have consistently resulted in outstanding site and landscape design. Mark has received recognition for his work from the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Keep Michigan Beautiful program, and numerous local agencies and organizations. He has also made significant contributions to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Michigan, North Carolina State University, and North Carolina A&T University. As a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and past president of the Michigan and North Carolina chapters, Mark is a leader in his field. His passion is to create places, spaces, and landscapes that efficiently accommodate functional needs within a sustainable environment that people enjoy and value over time.
