PROJECT INFORMATION

The Ingham County Grady Porter Building Renovation project consisted of a 98,000 square foot office building to which the Veterans Memorial Courthouse was added.

Space needs analysis and conceptual planning were completed prior to the implementation of this project. Renovated spaces include 
court support offices such as Friend of the Court, Probation, Juvenile Division, Mediation, and the office of Prosecuting Attorney.

The City of Lansing and County of Ingham Veterans Memorial Courthouse is a new 108,000 square foot court facility housing Circuit Courts, Family Courts, and Probate Courts along with their related functions. The project was preceded by an extensive study and programming of space needs.
