Architect Joins WTA Team

Graduating from IIT Roorkee, Mukta practiced architecture for over 15 years in India before relocating to Midland, MI three years ago. She worked with other architectural firms in the area before joining WTA last November. 

She is a proponent of sustainability in her projects and site planning and landscape design are her added strengths. She has to her credit, three research publications related to the role of open spaces in disaster management, health and community.

She has been a volunteer docent at the Alden B. Dow home and studio for nearly three years sharing her insights into Mid-century modern architecture. She is a trained Indian classical vocalist and enjoys music in her spare time. 

Mukta resides in Midland with her husband and their two sons.
