The design team created a new entrancethat would become a central hub forWendler Arena, the Heritage Theatre, andthe Banquet/Conference Center of The DowEvent Center.

The team also designed new entrances and locker rooms, and were responsible for all exterior renovations and upgrading of systems. Renovation of interior spaces included refurbishing all three venues.
