WTA provided architectural design and construction administration services for the 29,000 square foot expansion at Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel & Waterpark. The addition includes a retractable roof, outdoor pool, two six-story thrill rides, family cabanas, and more. The original hotel and water park consisted of a 20,000 square foot water park with 146 guest rooms and deluxe suites. In addition to the new Atrium Waterpark, the 2014 expansion project offers 32 new guestrooms, 22 of which offer panoramic views of the water park.
