Rebekah’s multifaceted role is pivotal to the firm’s success by maintaining the smooth functioning of office operations and also supporting projects in their construction phase. Her responsibilities include managing supplies and procurement, digital file system maintenance, AIA contract coordination, and providing service as a public notary. She coordinates staff training, ensuring the team maintains their licenses by acquiring ongoing learning credits in their respective fields.

Additionally, Rebekah performs functions typical of a Construction Administration Assistant. This includes handling specification modifications, submittals, RFI documentation, and change order coordination during the construction phase. Rebekah’s meticulous record-keeping of construction activities is essential for WTA’s successful accountability in our projects. Her versatility in handling this multitude of responsibilities underscores her significant contributions to the firm’s overall effectiveness and organization.
