Congratulations are in order today for the Grand Opening of the new Bancroft Coffee Tea in downtown Saginaw. An addition as part of the restoration and renovations of the Bancroft Luxury Apartments, the coffee and tea shop provide a welcoming atmosphere to stop in for a "cup of joe" or linger for a refreshing lunch.

WTA Architects was fortunate to partner with the development group Lakeshore Management, LLC to assist in bringing back to life some of the building's historic features.
