During the weeks of March 12th – March 20th, the second annual [Re]Design Saginaw was held at the office of Wigen Tincknell Associates Architects, Inc. (WTA). The program was open to local juniors and seniors in high school and Delta College students. The program was held from 3pm to 7pm Monday through Friday and Monday through Tuesday the second week. Each day included a brief introduction to a particular design aspect (site plans, program, architectural design), allotted group work time, as well as time each day with WTA staff members who acted as advisor. The program culminated with each team presenting their projects to each other, their parents, and Saginaw Valley AIA members. Thank you to all of the students who participated.
